Dr. Brian Carpenter
Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder
Brian has extensive product management experience for antibodies (£100 million annualized revenue) and conjugation reagents. His market insights helped steer the £100 million acquisition price of Expedeon.
Brian holds a PhD from the University of Dundee and completed postdoctoral work at UCSF.

Dr. Nicholas Hutchings
Co-Founder
Nick is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully launched and sold antibody businesses for a total value of £75 million+. The latest being Absolute Antibody who pioneered the development of recombinant antibodies for research, therapeutics and diagnosis.
Nick studied Biochemistry at the University of Oxford followed by a doctorate at the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology supervised by Prof Neil Barclay.

Dr Nick Gee
Co-Founder
Nick, a pioneer in the antibody bioconjugation market, founded Innova Biosciences, which was sold to Expedeon for approximately £10 million and later acquired by Abcam for £100 million.
Nick is a biochemist who has over twenty years of bioconjugation and is a named inventor of several oligo-conjugation related patents.

Mick Knowles
Co-Founder/Head of Reagents
Mick Knowles with over twenty years of conjugation expertise, is a named inventor on several conjugation patents, and led the development of Sigma’s Duolink Probemaker oligo conjugation system and O-Link Proteomics Target 96 oligo conjugation panels.
Mick has a rich operational background including scaling manufacturing, building highly engaged teams, and maintaining ISO quality systems.
